make sure your event goes smoothly…
Children’s Parties
 |
Please remove all toys from the party area – they can be
distracting and also a bit of a hazard when the
entertainer and children are moving around. |

We
suggest having a separate room for the children during
performance. |
|
|
Parental interaction – in songs, dance, etc. adds to the
fun. If adults are socializing, we ask they keep noise
to a minimum. Kids look up to their parents, so if you
participate, they will too! Parents are always welcome –
and become a fun part of the show when they join in!

|
Quiet down the room and get the focus onto the performer
so they can make a fun, dramatic entrance. (For example,
when all eyes are on the entrance, a princess can twirl
into the room or a super hero can jump right into
action!) |

|
Balloon sculpture is recommended for ages 4 and up.
Smaller children should have adult supervision if they
are to receive balloons. |
|
|
Tell your guests you will be having entertainment or a
special guest so they will be punctual to your event.
|
|
|
Piñatas are fun, but can be dangerous. The best piñata
a parent can buy is the piñata with the pull string.
Once the string is pulled, a parent can distribute
items carefully and evenly. |
|
|
Be
sure to get this information from your guests: Ask your
parents if their children have any allergies/reactions
to nuts, face paint, tattoos, strobe lights, latex or
bees (for outdoor parties). It’s best to know ahead of
time. |
Corporate Events, Fairs, Festivals
Timing
is Everything!
Clearly communicate to your guests/staff/attendees and
coordinate the times of all your performers, amusements, and
activities. (Why not hire our event planner to assure all
the “nuts and bolts” are in place!)
For
event relocation due to weather, be sure guests have clear
instructions and that you have informed your entertainment
of any change in plans/venue.
For
corporate events, if possible, get the following information
from your guests: Do they (or family members, if attending)
have any allergies/reactions to nuts, face paint, tattoos,
strobe lights, latex or bees (for outdoor parties). It’s
best to know.
